This is a non-exhaustive list of original seasonal stories that foster practices to better relate to self, other and Earth. Imbued with ancient wisdom and ecological education they are designed to entertain and educate young people about their local surroundings and foster positive life skills. It touches on patience, stillness, awareness, growing older, communicating gratitude and ones ability to impact others through words of acknowledgement. Lomandra Holds Strong & Goanna Active – This original story for all ages focuses on local indigenous wisdom and the characteristics of this plant/animal species. It touches on letting go of things that are no longer needed, dream wisdom and Bundjalung language. Accompanies by the song ‘Letting Go.’
Together Together & The Sun Egg – An original story of working together to accomplish tasks and not rushing.
